基层保安员应具备的工作能力

一、具有观察和发现问题的能力。保安员在岗位执勤工作中，首先要对岗位周围的治安环境做到了如指掌，仔细观察和发现岗位周围所存在的安全隐患，采取科学合理的方法解决所存在的问题，对可能会发生的问题要有超前的预见性，这样在问题出现时，才不会乱了方寸。

二、具有快速解决问题的能力。保安员在执勤过程中，经常会遇到各种紧急情况和复杂场面，在处理和解决问题时，一定要从容应对，迅速判断分析和适时处理问题，处理问题的方法和措施要得当，确保各类突发事件得以及时、有效的控制。遇有紧急情况要及时汇报，千万不能将矛盾扩大和激化。

三、具有独立和协同作战的能力。保安员在岗位执勤时，必须要具有独当一面的工作能力，能迅速、果断处理岗位上的各类问题。在协助公安机关处置突发事件或参与大型保卫活动时，保安员要做到协同作战，互相支援，密切配合，严格服从领导、听从指挥。

四、具有坚强的意志和自控能力。保安员在复杂的工作环境中，一定要具有坚强的意志和行为自控能力，端正思想态度，自觉抵制各种诱惑，正确树立自己的世界观、价值观、人生观。

总之，基层保安工作繁琐、复杂，保安员工作要求严、标准高、责任重，所以保安员一定要在实践中不断增强处理各种事情的能力，才能把本职工作做得更好，更出色。
